Could This Be Right for You?
As much as ApotheCattery would love to keep all of our hand-raised babies, it is not always possible. We also think it is selfish and irresponsible to do so. In order to be a good breeder, it is important to match every special kitty to their purrfect forever home. Therefore, sometimes, we have adults who need to be approved furever homes.
The adults usually need a different living environment. They are usually happier in calmer homes with undivided attention and tons of love. They may also go through an anxiety phase, causing them to play hide-seek. This is temporary but requires lots of love and patience. Each kitty is unique and will adjust in their own time. As long as our instructions and recommendations are followed, this should pass quickly.
If you have young children or other pets, I highly recommend getting a kitten instead, as they are more adaptable than an adult cat. There will be an adoption fee for each kitty to help cover the cost of spay and neutering. Each Ragdoll & Maine Coon will be individually priced according to age, sex, color/pattern and quality.
