Time to pick up your new cat or kitten?
Finally! The time has arrived to pick up your new elite style kitten! Â Congratulations. We know it has seemed like furrever. We are so excited for you. Here is a breakdown of how this special day will go below. Let us know if you have any questions or special requests for your upcoming visit.Â
Arriving at Our Cattery
We love welcoming our customers to our Cattery but it will need to be done with respect and consideration for us and our pets. We will require masks, handwashing and limited areas for visitation. All of this is to protect our Cattery from sickness and chaos as we don't want anything to compromise our animals immune systems or cause stress. We ask that you be understanding in this matter. We will also ask that you have a CoVid test prior to pick up to ensure safety as CoVid can be very dangerous to cats. If you have any issues with this we MUST know in advance.
Appointments
An appointment IS REQUIRED in order to visit our Cattery. You will be turned away if you show up without notice. This is not a normal "9 to 5" business. This is our home and our schedule is chaotic. We ask that you be mindful and respectful of this. We are happy to schedule with you anytime through text, call or email.
Keeping in Touch...
After you have your appointment, we ask that you simply keep us posted on your trips progression if you are going to be earlier or later. We are happy to accommodate you as much as possible but we like to be kept in the loop. If you have schedule changes or delays, we would like to know. Also, if you can give us a GPS ETA that is also greatly appreciated. If you cannot make our scheduled appointment, we do ask for 24 hours notice. This is to make sure we aren't waiting around when we could be doing something more beneficial with our time. We thank you in advance for understanding.
Safely Getting Your Pet Home
This is one of the most important things we ask of you. Please do NOT forget to have an appropriate carrier with you. I have provided a link here on our storefront for you of the ones we like if you are interested. It is not safe to have them running freely in the vehicle or walking to and from your vehicle with them in hand. They will already be nervous, scared and startled easily with all the new chaos during transition. This is only for the safety of your new baby. We Will Bring Your Cat/Kitten to You...
As long as you live in NorthEast Florida, we are happy to bring your new baby straight to your door. We won't even charge you a delivery fee! No other cattery offers that. Not only will we bring them safely to you, we will make sure your comfortable and all your questions are answered before we go.
Live Outside of Florida but in the USA and Want Us to Drive to You to Deliver?
We are happy to bring your new pet to your doorstep. However, we will charge an extra fee of $750 to do so. This will cover all our expenses and allow you to sit back and relax while you wait to meet your new kitty.
The Process
The process would be simple and informative. We would keep you posted about our ETA according to GPS. We would also inform you of any stops or delays in our trip. We would have a video chat appointment prior to discuss details that work for both parties and come to an agreement. Once fees are paid and date/time are set, we would prepare for our special journey of delivering your loved one right to your arms. We will also have them travel in the safest, comfy way. We will bring your paperwork and goody bag as well!
Interested in Having Your Feline Flown to You?
So you are interested in having your kitty arrive by plane...that is fine with us. Here is how our process works. ***We ONLY use Southwest Airlines***
First, we would need to know if you are flying here and picking up and flying back or if you want a pet guardian we provide to fly with your kitten to you.Â
Second, If you are meeting us at our closest Airport, it would be JAX airport. We will keep you posted on our arrival and communicate the whole time until we are there face to face with you and your kitten. If you are wanting a Pet Nanny to fly with your kitten to your closest airport we will! We would arrange the flight and the nanny to fly in a travel safe carrier. We would send you flight paperwork and confirmation number with Southwest Airlines. It will tell you the date/time of arrival and who you are meeting there. The day of we will create a group chat between you, the cattery and the pet nanny to make sure we are all on the same page on any delays. You will need to bring your own carrier, bowls and wee wee pads for when you pick up to move kitten into your carrier.
How Do We Feel About Air Cargo Delivery?
Unfortunately, we will not let your kitty come to you as cargo. We will only allow them on a plane if they are in the cabin with you in a safe travel approved carrier accompanied by a pet transporter or yourself.
