Steps to Reserve A Kitten with Peace of Mind:

Our process is fun and simple but also a big decision that we take seriously. This is a commitment to devote yourself to a loving creature who will depend on you. We hope you understand this is a big step in both your lives.

1. Browse & Submit Application

Once you find your kitten or know what you would like, we ask you fill out our easy application below. This helps us to learn more about you and who we will be possibly trusting our kittens with. We are very particular on who we pick to be a kitten parent.

2. Connect & Reserve

When we receive your application, we will reach out to you to schedule a Meet & Greet on Google Meet. There we will meet some kittens, answer all your questions and see if you connect with our babies and they connect with you. Show More

3. Keep In Touch Until the Big Day

 
Once deposit is received, you can immediately begin seeing updates of your baby until time for he/she to come home to you through scheduled video chats. We are extremely busy but happy to respond any time you reach out for a photo/video of your kitten. At 8 weeks we will take professional photos of your kitten and send them to you. You may request a specific color background or theme beforehand.

4. Coordinate Delivery/Pickup

We will accommodate the best way for you to get your kitten. You may either schedule an appointment to come to our Cattery located in Jacksonville, FL, have them delivered within the USA for a standard fee. We only fly with a ApotheCattery Nany caring for kitten. Never in cargo!

5. Receive Kitten & Final Payment

Once reservation and travel arrangements are completed. We will expect final payment upon receiving your kitten. You will be able to do so online as you paid deposit. You will see price has been updated for you. We will send you a link on pick up instructions prior to getting your kitten and with location details. You will find a list of what to bring on our Customer App.

6. Share Memories for a Lifetime

Congratulations! At this time you have gotten your beautiful baby kitten. We ask that you follow everything in your contract and always reach out to us for any questions or concerns. Mostly, we ask to please stay in touch with us either by phone, text or social media to allow us to stay a part of your kittens life and watch their new journeys and growth.  Show More
