Refund & Return Policy Due to the nature of services provided, consultations, discovery calls, and educational sessions are non-refundable once completed. For scheduled appointments: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. • Missed appointments may require a new booking fee. For therapeutic companion reservations: Deposits for kitten reservations are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available kitten or future litter at ApotheCattery’s discretion. Once a kitten has been adopted and taken home, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the wellbeing of the animal. ApotheCattery reserves the right to reclaim any animal if welfare standards are not met. Therapeutic Companion Terms & Conditions ApotheCattery places Maine Coon and Ragdoll kittens referred to as Therapeutic Companions. The term “therapeutic companion” refers to temperament, socialization, and companionship qualities and does not indicate service animal status or certification. Clients understand that: • Therapeutic companions are not service animals • No medical or legal claims are made regarding their abilities • Emotional benefits vary by individual experience Adoptive families agree to: • Provide a safe, loving indoor environment • Maintain appropriate veterinary care • Follow spay/neuter agreements if applicable • Not use the animal for breeding unless explicitly agreed in writing ApotheCattery may decline placements if the environment is not appropriate for the kitten’s wellbeing. Limitation of Liability By engaging with ApotheCattery services or adopting a companion animal, clients agree that ApotheCattery and its representatives are not liable for outcomes related to wellness decisions, lifestyle changes, or animal companionship experiences.
