About the Founder and Practitioner

A Life Rooted in Healing, Resilience, and Connection

ApotheCattery was not created as a business idea — it was born from a life lived through challenge, awakening, and deep compassion.

My name is Angela, and I am a mother, a multi-business owner, and a lifelong student of healing. My path to this work was not linear, and it certainly was not easy — but it was purposeful.

My Journey Into Healing

For much of my life, I lived inside a body and mind that felt constantly overwhelmed. I navigated OCD, persistent digestive issues, and years of feeling disconnected from balance and ease. Eventually, my health journey led me through one of the most confronting experiences a person can face: cancer.

Those chapters changed everything.

They taught me that healing is not just about fixing symptoms — it’s about understanding the nervous system, honoring the body’s signals, and learning how safety, environment, and emotional regulation shape our well-being.

I began to study holistic and functional approaches not out of curiosity, but out of necessity. I learned how deeply interconnected the mind, body, and environment truly are — and how powerful education and support can be when offered with integrity.

Helping Others Along the Way

As my own healing deepened, something unexpected began to unfold.

Friends, family members, and even people I barely knew started coming to me — not because I had all the answers, but because I listened, researched, educated, and held space in a way that felt safe and grounded.

Over the years, I have supported loved ones and community members navigating:

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • Psoriasis and chronic skin issues

  • Digestive disorders and gut imbalance

  • Kidney disease and kidney failure journeys

  • Cancer support and recovery periods

  • Anxiety, OCD, and nervous system dysregulation

  • Chronic stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm

I never positioned myself as a replacement for medical care. Instead, I focused on education, lifestyle awareness, nervous system support, and compassionate guidance — helping people better understand their bodies, environments, and options.

What I witnessed time and time again was this:
when people feel heard, supported, and empowered, their capacity to heal expands.

Through this work — both formally and informally — I have helped thousands of individuals and families gain clarity, hope, and a renewed sense of agency in their healing journeys.

Why This Matters

Living through OCD, digestive dysfunction, and cancer myself taught me that healing is rarely about one diagnosis or one solution. It’s about the whole system — physical, emotional, environmental, and relational.

Supporting others through autoimmune disease, psoriasis, kidney failure, and chronic illness only deepened that understanding.

It also reinforced something I now build everything around at ApotheCattery:

Healing begins with safety, education, and connection — not fear.

The Role of Animals in Healing

Throughout my journey, animals — especially cats — were constant teachers.

Their ability to regulate through presence, respond to emotional shifts, and offer connection without words revealed something profound: healing doesn’t always arrive as advice — sometimes it arrives as companionship.

This understanding became the foundation for ApotheCattery.

I didn’t want to simply raise animals.
I wanted to create intentional companions — beings raised with respect, regulation, and care, capable of offering grounding presence to the people who feel called to them.

Motherhood, Business, and Purpose

I am also a mother, and that role has shaped everything about how I show up in the world. It has taught me patience, protection, intuition, and the importance of building systems that support real life — not perfection.

As a multi-business owner, I understand structure, responsibility, and leadership. But ApotheCattery is different. It is not driven by scale or speed — it is guided by ethics, alignment, and long-term impact.

This work is not about transactions.
It’s about relationships.

Rooted in Family & Support

I am also a wife and a daughter, deeply grounded by the people who have stood beside me through every chapter of my life. Through illness, uncertainty, growth, and reinvention, my family has been a constant source of strength, belief, and unwavering support. They have held me up when I was exhausted, reminded me who I was when I forgot, and celebrated every step forward — even when the path was unclear. ApotheCattery is not something I built alone; it is rooted in love, loyalty, and the quiet power of being surrounded by people who truly have your back.

Why ApotheCattery Exists

ApotheCattery exists for those who:

  • Feel overwhelmed by surface-level solutions

  • Sense that healing requires safety and connection

  • Are drawn to holistic education and nervous system support

  • Believe animals can be partners in well-being, not tools

It exists as a sanctuary, not a clinic.
A place where education, presence, and companionship meet.

A Final Note

I don’t believe healing looks the same for everyone.
I do believe that when people feel seen, supported, and safe — transformation becomes possible.

ApotheCattery is the culmination of my life’s experiences, lessons, and values — offered with humility, integrity, and care.

If you’re here, I trust there’s a reason.

🌿 Welcome.
